Although our flight left on time on both occasions, the very cramped, noisy and scruffy economy section made this flight more of a chore than an treat. The food was OK and the service was average. The only good thing was the in-flight entertainment. Lots of new films and various music channels to listen to and watch.

United wouldn't be my first choice in the future, and I would probably only fly with them if I was able to afford business or first class. However, if you are flying on a budget and don't mind being cramped for 10 hours then United aren't too bad.
