We had two good flights to and from Hurghada both on jumbo jet 747's.

The flights were delayed both ways by around 2 hours, this is normal for a lot of charter flights so we considered ourselves relativeley lucky.

Inside the plane was not the newest I had been in, but it was clean and tidy and there was no smell like the previous reviews have mentioned. On the outward flight I had massive legroom in the economy section on the 747-300, a good 2-3 inches spare in front of me, I am 6ft tall and was impressed by this, on the way back I had a little less room think this is because we were on a 747-200, but nowhere as bad as previous charter flights I have been on.

The cabin crew were friendly and helpful if you needed anything. A few people thought that they were not very good, but it depends how you treat them.

We had i-robot as a film on the way there and the Bourne Supremacy and Anchorman on the way back, both on the projector screens at the front of each cabin, which I could see perfectly well.

The food was good on both flights we had chicken and veg bake on the way out and a choice of 3 dishes on the way back I took the option of sausage and mash and it was really nice. The tea and coffee came round twice and the trays were cleaned away fairly quickly.

All in all the airline seems to have listened to its customers based on my experiences, I may have been lucky, but I was impressed by the service I received. I was a bit worried about flying Air Atlanta when I read reviews, but I would recommend them to anyone. The cost of my holiday was very reasonable and for what I paid I am very pleased, they got me to my destination relatively on time and safely and I was fed and watered, I couldn't ask for anything extra.

The only thing I would mention negatively is the check in at Gatwick, we got to the airport relativly early to miss queues, but people who got to the airport later had a long time to wait as there were only 3 desks for the flight, but this is a normal thing to expect.

Well done Air Atlanta I am pleased to have travelled with you and will be happy to do so in the future if I get the chance.
