Taken January 2004 from London, England (Heathrow Airport) - LHR to Bombay (Sahar (Santa Cruz) International Airport) - BOM

Being Indian myself it saddens me that Air India has such a bad reputation, but unfortunately they do nothing at all to rectify this. My whole family has traveled Air India at various times and there has not been one (yes read it - one!) smooth flight that didn't have an unexplained delay or poor service associated with it. We have all vowed never to fly them again. Whatever money you save on the fare you pay for triple in hassle, poor quality of service and worry. Traveling is a stressful enough event without the added problems created by Air India.

Be warned, the positive reviews here are an exception to the rule!
