Originally called to gate for departure and then told there was a technical fault and there would be a 1 hour delay.

Aircraft was old, seats were broken, toilets broke mid way across the Atlantic and in flight entertainment was very poor - absolutely no good for under 12's as they couldn't see over the seats to see the screen!

Food was terrible and service in general was poor. We will never fly with this company again and if Travel City continue to use them, never book with Travel City again either.
