Check in counter at London was crowded with 3 Air India flights at the same time. However the staff was very professional and polite. Warm welcome aboard. Food was excellent and service was prompt. Flight staff were courteous. Extra drinks were provided during meals. Aircraft and toilets were clean and toiletries were provided. Flight left 30 min behind schedule, but arrived 20 minutes before schedule at New York. None of the bags were damaged. Air India flight is excellent value for my money and I will definitely fly again.
