Home > Aer Arann Express > ReviewTaken January 2001 from Sligo to DublinWhile Aer Arann operate an ageing fleet of Shorts 360's the friendliness and helpfulness of both their air and ground crew is second to none. On losing my passport on an Aer Arann flight the ground crew at Sligo, tracked it down, arranged for it to be flown to Sligo later the same day, and hand delivered to my door if I wished. Inflight service has slightly deteriorated since the route was taken over from Aer Lingus, and the aircraft's interior, while I understand it is old, should be somewhat cleaner. | ||
