I flew to Puerto Rico on December 20th, due to an emergency I needed to fly back to Orlando, FL on December 26th. I called the reservations number and to my surprise it was the worse customer service experience in my life. I was treated with no respect and with sarcasm, when I ask the agent if there was any sits available for the 26th she said yes. I was calling back a few minutes later and the agent that answer said no that there was only one sit available and that I needed to go to the airport and be stand by. My daughter call from Orlando, FL to see if there was something that can be done since I have a handicapped child and the agent that answer told her that there were no sits available at all and when my daughter explained what to the other agent that told us about the sits, she said that the other agent lied. My daughter ask her, what if I would have paid it to fly the 26th that means I would not have a ticket? and she said that is correct, when my daughter confront her with this situation she said that she was not going to argue and that nothing was lost since the tickets to return early were not purchase. The agents with this airline are the most rude and careless there are and is not worth to save money if the treatment is so horrible.
