Taken December 2004 from Bangkok (Don Muang International Airport) - BKK to Zurich (Zurich-Kloten) - ZRH

I was pleasantly surprised by Swiss' new Business class especially after reading and hearing many negative feedbacks about the comfort of their new lie-flat seats. It does take a few adjustments until you find a good position to sleep, but once you've found it, the seat is really comfortable. I slept over 8 hours straight.

The service concept is also very pleasant as you have a choice of a light supper (cold first course, soup, cheese, dessert to which you can add a hot dish if you want). You may add/remove any item you wish from the menu. Indeed who needs a full dinner at such a late time (take off at 2345)?

I can only recommend this airline which comes number 2 after my all time favorite Singapore Airlines and is way much better than the very disappointing and outdated Thai Airways.
