Jetsgo where is the service?

With my experiences with jets-go my flight was delayed 2 hours. OK, this I could understand. There was a snow storm in Montreal. But too my surprise 10minuts before boarding the flight had been pushed back another 2 hours. After going crazy walking every inch of the terminal it was boarding time again, well at least I thought. Nope departure time was pushed back another 2 hours. Now a 6 hour delay you think they would offer us some food tickets, but all we got were Jets-go staff that seemed to have no idea what was going on. And developing attitudes because of customer complaints. But after all that I finally made it Toronto.

Now returning to Halifax, flight 324 departing at 1:00pm from Toronto. Checked in and ask if there are any delays. The answer was nope everything is on time, alright. Nope, got to the gate and we were told the flight will be 1:30 late. Well that's not that bad, but when the time was up, we were informed that the flight was canceled. Canceled! What do you mean canceled, the wheather is fine everwhere this flight goes why is it canceled? The answer we received "we don't know". So I tried to call the 1-866-440-0441 customer servise number and all I got was a recording telling me my called was not completed and to try again. After 40 calls and the same recording I came to the conclusion that Jets-go has no customer service. I guess that's where they cut the cost to keep the rates low.

If you need to fly, I recommend you use Jets-go as a last resort.
