Flying with Aeropostal is the biggest mistake I did for the holidays! It ruin my holidays. I agree with the unnecessary and additional costs. What is this "security" cost that was added? Their customer service is just has terrible. They lose your luggage and treat you like a number. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Next time I will pay extra for another flight carrier. They have bad customer service as in under-trained, rude, slow workers; wait an eternity in lines; bad attention in airplanes (they offered no movies, TV, pillows, blankets, had toilet paper in their bathrooms) ; waiting rooms are filthy especially in Venezuela! They are the worst airline! So if you are thinking flying Aeropostal change it id you have time if not bring a bottle of Advil and extra cash for your headaches and "extra" fees to pay.
