I do not understand this forum requirement. * End of note * While airlines today are experiencing greater than historically typical delays, Trans meridian has failed 3 trips out of 3 my family has experienced in the last 8 weeks. Very poor treatment of passengers, flight tardiness measured in nearly whole days, limited personnel managing flights at the airport all amount to a horrible flight experience. While a single incident of this magnitude could be chalked up to a 'bad day', 3 consecutive flights with consistent failures certainly indicates massive failures, at least at the Syracuse, NY terminal. | ||
