1989 Maserati 228 review from North America
"Unique four seat exotic with great performance"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The gas line had bad hose near fuel filter, also had to run bypass on the fans, re- charged a/c.
General comments?
Super luxurious four seat exotic. Great performance, seats four adults comfortably, sumptuous interior with famous gold clock, striking curved wood dash and door panels, beautiful leather throughout.
With only 97 imported in the US, a very rare car, a modern day Maserati Mexico. Superior design to early biturbos. Better gas mileage than a Quattroporte.
