2003 Renault Megane Dynamique review from UK and Ireland

After buying the car I noticed a wheel wobble from the n/s/r wheel which turned out to be 3 of the 4 wheel nuts were loose.

Steering lock doesn't always engage and it does have quite a few rattles!

This is our 2nd reanult, the first once being a clio and so far we are very pleased with it. We bought the car privatly of an elderley gentelman and it was in immaculate condition with only 27000 miles on. it is a 3dr which can be a bit of a problem as the doors are so big so getting in to a tight parking space in a big no no. the car has the comfort pack on which includes the full size glass sunroof, a 6CD autochanger and power folding mirrors, all of which are a great convienence. The 2.0 16v engine with the 6speed gearbox is great. 0-62mph is around 9 seconds and it pulls very well. on the motorway 80 mph comes in at around 3500rpm. MPG is around 30 around town and about 38 ish on the motorway. The car is in metallic silver and has the 17 inch alloy wheels which really makes the car look great. its comfortable to drive and fairly cheap on insurance. Overall I'm very happy with the car and I'm getting used to the look of it. fingers crossed it will give me many years of good service.
