1994 Nissan Sentra XE review from North America
"Good little car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Rubber gaskets corroded allowing gas and oil to mix (after it had been sitting in Maine for a couple years) cost about $600 to fix.
The volume knob on the radio came off, but I replaced the original with an after-market CD player.
Sun visor where deteriorating so I got another pair to replace them cost about $30.
Paint has oxidized and top coat is flaking off (haven’t gotten a new paint job yet, but will sometime within the next year or so, not real a big issue for)
Smells of smoke because I got the car from a 94 year old chain smoker.
The seats are a little ratty (will probably replace them all)
General comments?
This is my first car that I’ve actual own and other than one semi-major issue and some minor appearance flaws the car run amazingly well. And through it may not be the fastest car it also not the slowed. And to be honest I’ve actual grown quite fond of it.
