1988 Ford Tempo GL review from North America
"Low to low-middle range beater, and nothing more!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Water pump seized.
Alternator on its way out.
Catalytic converters clogged.
Frequent stalling.
Overheating due to radiator leak.
Frame rusted so bad that it's impossible to jack it up without making a hole!
General comments?
Got this car for free from a friend. After owning it for half a year or less, I have sunk close to over 1200 into this car. Finally I gave up when my alternator went! All I have to say is good luck!!!
