2000 Dodge Neon review from North America

What things have gone wrong with the car?
Well nothing major has happened.. I used to own 2 ford explorers before the neon, and I replaced the brakes on those many times and I decided to part with them because of gas prices.. I always liked neons so I decided to get one. and I have replaced the brakes on average in 2 years about every 6 months. the tires about every 6 months. could very well blame my driving... its not horrible, but I'm 19 lol. but my steering column vibrates like crazy when I'm on the highway going over 65mpg... my car stutters everytime I start it like its going to break down. when I stop it stutters and vibrates like crazy this just started happening.. my wheel bearings keep going out on me. that's a big issue. my car is basic. nothing worth noting, nothing electric... figured I would have less hassle with basic things. other than that the car has pretty much been super.
