2001 Saturn SL 2 review from North America
"Low cost and reliable unit"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Back right window messedup. Still works, but doesn't go up all the tme. If I push it, it will go up!
General comments?
I love the car; very low operating cost, American made, has some rattles, but basic interior cosmetic noise.
You most likely won't put this online, because I am talking about a car built by GM, not Toyota, or Nissan, or Honda, but I don't really care.
This is a very reliable, low cost car, that I will drive for 10+ years easily! No matter what the approval, and love affair with the other stuff may be, I won't pay double for fit & finish, because let's face it, if it says TOY-HONDA-KIA (that still kills me), that does NOT mean it is better. They build that product here in the states, proceeds go there, but we build it! So when a guy says they build a better product, it just doesn't add up!
