1994 Ford Ranger xlt review from North America

What things have gone wrong with the car?
My heater core went out.
Also replaced brakes on front and rear of truck.
New radiator.
New passanger window during my attempt to install a window motor.
also new tires and rims for the truck.
General comments?
A man could not ask for a better truck. when this truck was purchased I had no intention in using it for business purposes. However when we lost a truck in our fleet my boss decided to lease mine from me. To look at the truck when I first got it I must say that it was ugly, but it has kept up with every truck in the fleet and can outrun some of the new ones..
