1995 Toyota Celica ST review from North America

The rear Brake on the Passenger side Locked up, Causing a system failure, Damaging the Brake pads/shoes and Brake Cylinder.

(basically having no brakes whatsoever)

$148.69 Repair bill though... (Not too bad at all)

Passenger side window has to be "pushed" in to the car's body to seal right when door is opened, otherwise it will leak water (...Crashed?!?...)

I had bought the car since the Nissan 300ZX had caught on fire for the 2nd time. It was time to start all new again. Wasn't too happy knowing I'd be "downgrading" to a 4 Cyl. I gotta say though, It's amazed me in so many ways.

Inside, it is oh so ROOMY! Even for a 6'4" dude. Although the Interior has been severely mistreated, it still holds up very well. AC is still working, All the lights, everything works flawlessly. very comfy overall.

Performance? Not too sure for stock. Although I own the ST model which comes standard with the corolla engine, it is way too fast. Maybe the 5 speed gearbox helps. The engine's been MODDED. As soon as you pop the hood, the first thing that catches your attention is the SHORT RAM INTAKE, and Matching cables, wires, Etc. Looks like something that came out of Fast and the Furious.

Noot too happy with the gas mileage, about 20-22MPG.

28 MPG? LMAO! (yeah right...)

It keeps up with the scion TC.

Handling is just phenomenal. Even for a FF layout for a car, you cannot break that thing off the pavement. It just sticks to it.

The previous owner MODDED the engine/ECU.

Interior ---(white face gauges, Int. Neon lights, Trim Pieces.

Ext.--- 17" alloy wheels, Lowering springs, Tints.

It's a really nice car. And I found it for $2500. Not too bad. Really happy with it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
