1992 Lexus SC400 review from North America
"Well built, reliable, quality, with a comfortable and taught suspension"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Replaced wheel bearings
a/c pump failed
cracked door panels where it meets dash.
General comments?
I bought this car from 2nd owner, paid $8100, with 93k miles on it. Added 18" wheels w/all season P-zero Nero rubber. Very sporty, surprisingly quick, for a big car. Handles well at speed. Solid and comfortable. Still get comments on how new it looks. Says something about the design. I get 18.5-22.5MPG with out granny driving. Handles just fine in the slop they call weather in Seattle, keep good rubber on it. I plan on driving it for a few more years, and then maybe getting the SC430. Like the folding hard top. Love the 12 disc CD changer.
