1999 Pontiac Grand Am GT review from North America

Bought the car cheap from a one owner that did all the maintenance, oil, tires, etc... Got it cheap due to a divorce. Both windows wouldn't work, panel was off divers side door, fan on heater-air only worked on speed 3 or above. Had a noise in the right front area, come to find out there was nothing holding the brakes on. All screws or bolts what ever holds them on was GONE! Radio knob does not work properly. Called the dealership and made an appointment. I didn't have much money in it so I thought I could afford to put some in it. He ask if I had a warranty with it which I said no not knowing that I did, Thank God! To make a long story short.. it had the extended warranty so I didn't have to pay to have the windows fixed or the speed adjustment on the heater-air fan twice. They did fix the gasket when I took in for the second time on the fan. The water that most of you are finding on the floor is coming through the door. There is suppose to be heavy plastic that is glued to the inside so the water will go out and not in on the floor. Needless to say I have a puddle of water on the passenger side back at this very moment. I've taken it back twice and tried to explain to them that they didn't put the plastic back on when they fixed the windows, but I get the run around. Here is a number you can call, if your in Ohio, Water Doctors 344-5630. I'm going to try them, haven't so far though. Also my check engine light has came on. Thank god the previous owner bought the extended warranty! I also did the brakes and rotors too, only once so far, but do have noise in the steering too. Well hope the plastic helps with the water on the floor. If its only on one side I bet there is plastic on the other side! Good Luck!
