1995 Toyota Celica GT review from UK and Ireland

Alarm System immobilliser stopped it from starting (at the wrong time!)

This car is the best car I have ever possesed. Previous to this car, I had never kept a car for longer than two years.

However I never got bored of its stunning looks and its bulletproof reliability. Previous to this car. I used to have expensive 4x4s like Range Rovers and Mitsubishi Shoguns as I believed you could get that level of comfort in any other vechicle.

Then a friend of mine brought a celica and said how comfortable and refined the ride was.

So after driving hers and agreeing wit her comments I went and brought a celica for £10,000 I loved it and in all my nine years of owning the car I have had absoultely no problems at all with the vechicle all I have done is keep up with regular services.

The only fault was one that was nothing to do with toyota, but was a fault with a after market alarm immobiliser that failed to function properly and used to immobilise the car on mornings I was due to attend very important meetings. So I sold the car due to the immobiliser I lost a lot of money on it when it was sold, but that was to be expected. however I still drive toyota I now have the celicas older brother The Supra Twin turbo.

So to clarify.

Exterior:

Delightful looks however I believe it looks a bit too high off the ground. However Always an eye catcher.

Interior:

The cabin has a aura of quality about the seats are very comfortable even on those fast tight country road. the Driver orienteded dashboard allows easy access to all instruments and buttons.

Engine:

Bulletproof, Fast, handles like a train on rails.
