1999 Isuzu Wizard review from Australia and New Zealand
"Overall very good reliable vehicle"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Very little
relay for rear windscreen wiper
alternator bearing.
General comments?
Very good reliable solid vehicle with good handling and performance.
Absolutely no problem with V6 petrol engine in 255,000 km. Oil & filter changes @ 15,000 km, Spark plugs @ 100,000 km, cam belt @ 160,000 km.
Reasonably economical at 24 mph except when towing the boat.
Still on second set of tyres.
Only negative comment is that while the suspension floats over the larger bumps it feels all the smaller ones. Would have had the suspension altered if knew how to make the ride more comfortable.
Drivers seat starting to become uncomfortable although not showing signs of wear.
Not enough foot room in the passenger side.
Would have been nice with cruise control.
