Overall, I've been impressed with my Intrigue so far. While it is lacking somewhat in low end torque, it performs and handles well, especially for a four door car. Works great for driving around my 8 month old son and hauling all of the goodies that come with that. Good highway mileage, but wish that it did a little bit better in town.

My only real complaints are a loose feeling in the front end similar to the feel of CV joints going out and a rubbing noise when I accelerate from the front passenger side tire. The sound goes away after a few seconds and I cannot find signs of serious tire wear. If anyone knows the solution to either of these problems I would appreciate some tips. On a smaller note, it sounds like water is running through my car when I start moving and I really don't know why.

I also have not been overly impressed with the interior build of the car. While it is smooth and refined in the driving arena, the interior just does not stack up to the cars performance. My car only had one previous owner and I am very careful with it, yet the door panels are loose around the handles. I think that they should have gone with a single piece construction for added durability. Floor mats are also shedding their carpet, especially the driver side, which is worn all the way down where my feet go. It probably sounds like a lot of complaints, but I am just a perfectionist. I love my car and take good enough care of it that I should not have any major problems with the flimsy interior construction.
