2002 Hyundai Tiburon GT review from North America
"Fun car, with a few problems"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Driver's side window motor.
Passenger side armrest coating peeled off.
Defroster switch.
Clutch.
General comments?
I was very disappointed when my clutch went, and the dealer said it would be $1650 for repairs. However, after looking up all the info on class action suits for the 2003 Tiburon clutch problem, and faxing the material to the service rep at the dealership, he contacted Hyundai and they are covering the cost of the repairs. The service rep said it was a warped flywheel. Make sure you complain loud if this happens to you!
