1987 Mercedes-Benz S-Class 560 SEL review from Australia and New Zealand
"A fist in a velvet glove"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing major has gone wrong; we just serviced her and she keeps going.
General comments?
Car is truly beautiful, she has black exterior with grey leather interior.
For the kilometers on her clock, the 560 SEL puts a lot of other newer v8s to shame.
I raced a yellow CV8 Monaro, and at 190klms the Monaro was three to 4 cars behind, and could not overtake even though it was a manual. Don't they see the 560 badge or know it means "danger"?
