1989 Acura Integra RS review from North America
"Reliable, higher end sports car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Replace clutch at 95,000 km's.
Replaced ignition coil at 105,000 km's.
Replaced brakes (pads, rotors, and calipers) at 120,000 due to previous owner neglect - otherwise just pads.
Replaced alternator at 135,000.
General comments?
This car is fun to drive, gets great gas mileage, and is very reliable. It fired up at -40 degrees without being plugged in on numerous occasions.
I honestly believe that if someone hadn't have hit me, that I could drive this car to 350,000 - 400,000 km's with merely maintenance repairs.
