2000 Dodge Intrepid review from North America
"Good looking, but crap"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Shortly after purchasing the car, the remote would no longer open the trunk and neither would the button on the dash. Not long after that, the power door lock on the passenger rear door would make a horrendous sound when locking (finally disconnected the thing).
Then I found out about the 2.7 liter curse. I quickly changed to semi-synthetic oil and then full synthetic on the change after that. By then I was fed up with the car and proceeded to sell it. About a 2 months later I got a telephone call from the buyer. The engine had blown.
From all the experiences with that car, I would NEVER purchase another Chrysler made vehicle.
