2004 Saturn VUE review from North America
"Would not buy again. Value for money. The VUE is cheap, both price wise and quality wise"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
- rear wiper blade replaced at 20 K and 40 K.
- front wipers replaced by dealer EVERY oil change (finally just got generic blades which last much longer)
- seat covers are poor quality and will stain by just thinking about it.
General comments?
- comfortable seating - especially rear passenger area.
- location of the door locks is odd - after 45000 Km I still reach for the door area.
- poor visibility despite the large front windshield. The support bars are very large and block a lot of your view when looking left or right.
- ventilation system does not work well in winter. Windows will fog and ice up at cold temperatures. Air flow vents are poorly designed. Dealer advised me to "turn on the air conditioning to clear the frost". Sure... at -30, I'm going to turn on the ac!
