1997 Peugeot 306 D review from UK and Ireland
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Air bag light malfunctioned. CPU replaced under warranty. Then both the fuel gauge and speedometer failed. Apparently a fusebox connection problem but I suspect incompetence by the dealer.
General comments?
Dealer useless. Warranty expires next week and I will have future servicing done by reliable local non Peugeot garage.
Diesel consumption at about 40 mpg not brilliant. UK diesel prices are astronomic at 66p per litre compared to 46p in France - saving £12 on a full 60 litre tank.
