2001 Chevrolet S-10 LS review from North America
"It's not bad compared to most of the new junk out there"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Well I'm not going to bad mouth the S10 too bad.
In the 2.2L S10, the transmission is weak and will break. It makes less gas mileage than the V6, and makes half the power.
I keep seeing people say they stall out. That is the ignition control module going out.
Other than that, it's a great little truck as new cars go, and if you're thinking about getting one, make sure it's a V6 with a manual transmission.
General comments?
On single cab, if you're a tall person, you will hate the seats.
