1995 Nissan Almera GX review from UK and Ireland
"Reliable, economical, you won't regret it!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Needed welding to get it through the MOT.
Driver's seat a bit worn out - otherwise fine!
General comments?
This is by no means a sexy car, and it is not a head turner. However, if you want economy and reliability, this is the one to go for.
It is easy to get spares for from the local scrapyard (when needed), but in my experience very little has gone wrong in this car. I have driven 25k miles in 3 years and all I have had to do is the tyres, and some welding on the underbody to get it through the MOT (oh, and a shock on the front right - 40 pounds all in from a scrapyard!)
