1995 Dodge Neon review from North America
"Be gentle with it and maintain it it will last along time"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Everyone says they have paint chipping on car. don't wash it with a high power sprayer and hand wash it with a hose I've had 3 neons all 1995 and no paint has come off any yet. only problem so far is with water leaking in trunk, turn signal left side sticks (changed all but the wires still sticks (won't blink) have to move the turn signal lever to activate again. struts went, timing belt went on two of the cars after 200,000 miles and normal tire changes.
General comments?
As for some who have window problems as far as rain tighten door a little or check door seal it might not be tightly against car or window itself not up high enough inside door on the window crank mechanism. neons are very easy to repair except the internal motor stuff and timing belt but all the rest can be done yourself with an owners manual for about 20 bucks. and your own time. Im no mechanic and am certainly not mechanically incline but saves thousands doing it myself.
