2002 Jeep Liberty Sport review from North America
"Not happy that Jeep does not stand behind their product"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I had the right front ball joint snap fortunately going at a very slow speed. The reputable garage I took the jeep to, privately owned, contacted Jeep at least twice asking about the incident. Jeep told the garage there had not been a recall and they would not do anything for the owner. Very disappointed in Jeep; not sure I will purchase or recommend to others. I now have a noise in the right front that resulted from this incident. It was not there prior.
