2000 Lincoln LS review from North America
"Stink-in Lincoln is my cars name!!!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
3 coils went out within 6000 miles of buying it.
Front end froze up in winter and sounds likea creaky door.
More coils went out within 3000 miles of last time.
Headlights fog up and never clear up.
Fog lights stop working all the time because of water.
Engine light never stops coming on.
Overheating a major issue (good thing it shuts down cyl).
Valve cover gaskets leaking at 93000 miles.
More coils go bad from valve cover gaskets.
Electric fan doesn't work.
Coolant reservoir cracks up by itself.
Heated seats stops working and starts working when it wants.
Black around windows fades out badly.
Electronic issues never stop.
General comments?
Luxury/Sport mix sells this car for sure.
Lincoln does not back its product.
Too expensive a car for the amount of problems it has.
Dealership does not have very skilled technicians,
or there's too many of these cars to fix!!
Looks like a BMW and doesn't even come close to being one.
Horrible warranty coverage.
