2001 Saturn SL review from North America
"Excellent, 48 mpg, what can I say"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing yet.
I bought the car with the service engine soon light on, but I've been busy working and haven't had time to look at it yet.
The only thing is it uses a bit of oil, which I'm not a fan of, but for the amount I save on fuel (48 mpg on the highway) I think I can handle it.
General comments?
Good car for going back and forth to work. My parents bought one the first year they were out and it was the first car I drove, and I drove it hard, really hard, and they never had to put money into it so that sold me. Cheap to buy cheap to maintain.
Most people on here don't know much about vehicles, you can tell by their reviews. Tires, batteries, seals etc. that is wearable stuff, and with miles you're gonna have to replace it, just like any other car on the road.
