1999 Dodge Intrepid review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Had to replace brake pads and rotors.
Had to get new tires twice. Once all 4, and the other time just the front 2 because of a small leak in the tires.
Front drivers side window comes out of its track every time it is rolled down.
Rubber seals around the doors to stop noise and keep dust and rain out, don't stay tight and fall down often.
The electric motor to open the trunk doesn't work, so you can't use the button on the remote or in the car to open the trunk. And sometimes the trunk won't open with the key either.
General comments?
It has been a good car for us over all till recently.
We have had the car for 7 years now, and all we have done to it so far is new tires, brake pads and rotors, and a new battery. So not too much work had to be done to it besides the normal tune up stuff.
