1989 Ford Thunderbird LX review from North America
"If people were only this dependable.."
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Brake rotors.
Alternator.
Head gasket.
General comments?
At 266,000 miles and counting this car is absolutely amazing! I commute 200 miles a day @ 80mph plus, without EVER having a problem.
I've changed the oil religiously, and to this day hasn't used a quart between changes.
Someday this thing has got to give up, or at least slow down, and when it does I'll be T-Bird shopping.
