1988 Holden Commodore VL Berlina review from Australia and New Zealand
"Reliable performer with looks"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Only very minor things.
Slightly leaky radiator hoses, replaced with new ones.
Passenger central locking wiring loom kept coming off, fixed.
Fan works on all settings from 1-4 but only a small amount of air comes through, still waiting to find out the problem... email frigjam@southcom.com.au if you have a solution.
General comments?
Excellent and VERY reliable car overall, thanks to the awesome Nissan guts under the bonnet.
Slightly too soft suspension for my liking.
Very quick off the mark.
I'm not a Holden fan at all, but this is a nice car!
