1992 Nissan 300ZX NA (non Turbo) review from Netherlands
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Minor things like tires, brake-pads and exhaust.
Alternator went at 57000 miles (I heard this is a common failure).
Timing belt needs to be replaced soon (at 60000 miles), which is expensive.
General comments?
This car is truly fantastic, it looks very good and it drives very nice also.
The 300ZX NA is not as quick and powerful as a Twin Turbo, but is still very fast.
I can highly recommend this car.
Note: The only problem is to find a good mechanic who knows these cars inside out... most Nissan dealerships seem to be very incompetent at servicing these beauties (this is also the case for the Twin Turbo) and parts are expensive.
