1992 Mitsubishi Montero SR review from North America
"Rough and rugged elegance"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
CV boot (because I wasn't afraid to use her as she was intended - 4 wheeling!).
Universal joint (same reason).
Valve guide seals (a little late changing the oil).
Computer (at 140K).
AC (at 160K).
Electronic suspension (expensive to fix - avoid this if possible).
Motor too small.
A little top-heavy.
General comments?
From the beginning I took this SUV offroad - truly a testosterone machine. And ever since it has been an incredible car.
