2000 Dodge Ram Pickup Lariat review from North America
"Purchased the truck as a loss leader. Great bargain made even better with a few mods"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
No issues to report. This truck has been a solid performer. Expect it will be for years to come.
General comments?
The 4x4 short bed is stylish. Looks great with the 33" BFG T/A KO tires, a 2" leveling kit, and Hellwig rear helper springs.
The engine is quick and strong. I made it more so by adding a Poweraid throttle body spacer, a twin K&N filter intake performance kit made by Rock-It and sold by Turbo City, a JET stage 2 performance computer module, and a 3" Magna Flow muffler and free flow exhaust system. The end result? 300 (+/-) HP and 400 (+/-) lb ft of torque.
