1991 Geo Metro review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Burned the same valve twice. but have 240,000 miles on it. First valve burned at about 160K then burned again shortly there after. Know other owners of the same year and they had the same problem, same exact valve, his burned at 60K miles.
General comments?
Had a Chevy Sprint before this, and preferred it over the Geo. The Sprint had mechanical valves that had to be adjusted with every tune up, but it was simple to adjust them. Had over 200k miles on the Sprint with no problems.
Gas mileage is great and is extremely reliable except for the problem with the valve above...
