1992 Suzuki Swift GI 2 door hatchback review from North America
"This car is a miracle for the money"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Tweaked frame - every windshield has cracked.
Broke off the key in the ignition 2 months after I bought it.
Replaced the water pump at 150,000.
Replaced the alternator at 175,000.
Replaced the clutch at 200,000.
Resealed the transmission at 200,000.
Driver's side window doesn't roll up or down on its own.
Broke off the key in the ignition again at 220,000.
Recently started burning oil at 1 quart every 1,000 miles.
General comments?
This car has saved my rear so many times.
It runs really well for the number of miles.
Very fuel efficient.
The car just won't die (thank goodness).
