1984 Holden Statesman WB review from Australia and New Zealand

"Budget well built luxury car"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Radiator required replacement.

Air conditioner compressor leaked.

Auto transmission required a rebuild at 215,000K.

Differential noisy and required attention.

General comments?

Performance of the car is effortless.

Very comfortable interior.

Dated, although classy styling.

Most people are impressed when they go for a ride, even those with late model cars.

Handles well for a large car.
