1988 Pontiac 6000 review from North America
"I like my car, it is great on gas and speed"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The only real problems I have had with my car is the fuel pump and sending unit quit.
General comments?
I like my car, some people think it's a joke that I say this car will out do most of your cars and they change their attitude when I show them what my car can do and where I can take it.
I have set up my car so I can operate out of it, but the only problem with that is there is not a lot of options out for a bench seat console that can hold my equipment so I have to improvise with what "Wal-mart" sells. I am not saying "Wal-mart" sells bad stuff, I know, I work there part time, but they just don't have what I need.
This car is fast and handles extremely well on high speed starts and stops like the way I drive. It holds on turns and depending on the tires, will not whine.
I have been told that my car is one of the more quiet ones the garage has seen. Which tells me that they like my car and I should be proud of it.
The only 2 other cars that I would sell or give up my car for would be for a Hummer or a 94+ Chevy Caprice LT1 Ex-Cop car with low miles.
