1998 Chevrolet S-10 LS 4x4 ZR2 review from North America
"This car has been a nightmare and pity the fool who buys it from me"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Replaced the leaf springs.
Constant popping in the rear end.
Water pump exploded at 25K.
Seat adjusters break every month.
Many electrical failures resulting in loss of power.
Brake lights stay on, and dealer has had it 4 times for this.
Fuel pump failure 4 times.
Windshield wiper switch faulty. Blades would stay on and not stop.
Went through a SMALL stream and it nearly died on the road.
Idiot lights on the dash come on and stay on.
Constant creaking and they can't find it.
Muffler was replaced at 45K. Fell apart internally.
General comments?
This car is a lemon. I had a 96 4x4 S-10 and it too had problems, but not like this one. I am buying a Toyota instead. I can't trust it.
