1990 Nissan Pintara GLi review from Australia and New Zealand
"An economical and reliable runabout"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Differential noisy with excessive backlash. Will soon need service/replacement.
Left hand high beam headlight failure.
General comments?
The car just seems to keep going... When I purchased the car it had done a lot of 'country' kilometres, but I have had no major problems.
Interior styling is dull but functional.
Steering is accurate and responsive. Has an excellent turning circle.
Wagon is quite spacious.
Would benefit from a more powerful engine when carrying heavy loads.
