1992 Holden Utility VP review from Australia and New Zealand
"A good reliable utility that lets you go just about anywhere"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing mechanical as yet, Touch wood. Just the ceiling material coming loose on the passenger's side.
General comments?
Very happy with the old ute, ex NSW Agriculture car so its stock as with VN Calais wheels on it.
Interior is excellent considering I can hop straight in after my bike race covered in mud a not worry about destroying the interior, its got the plastic/rubber floors and vinyl seats.
The 5spd gearbox provides smooth shifting and offers you a range of power when needed.
Not really happy with the payload, but that can be easily fixed.
