1997 Mercedes-Benz SLK 230 Kompressor review from Australia and New Zealand
"Convenience Vs Inconvenience"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The car roof rattles a lot when in motion.
The roof has become stuck half way in motion, (it was caught on a plastic tag) which was easily cut off with scissors.
Extremly small boot when the roof in down.
General comments?
The car is seriously quick, and it can be thrown around a corner. I once drove it at about 70kph around a tight round-about, and it just hangs on.
Everything about the car is fantastic, apart from the rattling, and the extremly small boot.
Buy this car, for a bit of fun, with the convenience of a coupe'.
